Your Purpose in Life - The Secret Key

We all want to feel our life has a purpose. So, how do you find it, live it, expand it?

It's a moment by moment experience.

The Passion Test will help you identify what matters most to you. Once you've done that, the results become a powerful decision-making tool to help you align your life with your passions.

When you follow your passions consistently, then you will live a passionate life. As you follow your passions, you'll find that life feels more and more purposeful.

The entire purpose of The Passion Test process and all the exercises in the book is to help you become a conscious creator of your life. The emphasis is on "conscious."

We all create our lives all the time. Most people do it unconsciously. They think about all the things that are going wrong, or could go wrong and then wonder why things always seem to be going wrong in their life.

Becoming a conscious creator requires noticing. It means from moment to moment being alert to where your attention is going. Boy, sounds tiring doesn't it?

That's why contraction (all those feelings of worry, anxiety, frustration, upset, disappointment, anger, etc.) is so incredibly valuable. Once you understand that contraction is a signal to become conscious, to become more clear, and nothing more, then you can relax. When contraction arises it will wake you up to notice, change your thinking and thereby, change your life

Today's Tip for Following Your Passions: Notice. Be alert to the thoughts you're thinking, the feelings your feeling. When you find yourself overwhelmed by problems, relax. Take a break. Let it go. Then give attention to all the solutions. Every problem has a solution. Instead of worrying about the problem, put your attention on the solution. If you don't know the solution, then ask yourself and others, "What is the solution to this?", until the solution appears. It will, and only always.
